Today (2/23) at approximately 10:27 am, Barnegat Police and Fire Department responded to a Fish Pond Terrace address of the Mirage Retirement Community in Barnegat reference a report of a severe burn victim. Upon their arrival they indeed found the homes resident, Ann Honebein, 83, had suffered severe burns to her body.
