GUILTY PLEA

On Monday (11/30), Edward Alex Morrow, 31, of Toms River, entered a guilty plea before Judge Patricia B. Roe J.S.C. to 2nd Degree Distribution of Child Pornography.  Under the plea Morrow will be required to register under Megan’s Law upon sentencing.   The sentencing is tentatively set for February 5, 2016.

The guilty plea stems from Morrow’s arrest on July 5, 2012 in Toms River. The investigation was begun based on information given to OCPO High Tech Crimes Unit detectives showing child pornography that Morrow was distributing via cell phone between June 18 and 20 in 2012.

Morrow is presently free on $75000 cash bail.
