OCPO Recognizes Student’s Contribution to the Highly Successful Pinelands November 12th Drug Forum

Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph Coronato paid a special visit to the November 12th Pinelands Board of Education meeting to recognize the outstanding efforts of students from Pinelands High School and Jr. High.

Julia Kopf from Pinelands Jr. High School received a framed certificate of appreciation from the OCPO for her tremendously creative program cover design – “There Is No Hero In Heroin”.

Also pictured is Emma Crawford, one of 10 students from Mr. Chuck Miller’s Pinelands Regional High School Theatre Class, who performed a skit highlighting the importance of open communication between parents and their children regarding the dangers of drugs. The skit centered around a typical night at the family dinner table.

The full list of students from Mr. Miller’s class participating in the forum performance and who received certificates are: Jessica Acierno, Gina DiBuono, Lauren Rainier, Brendan Solovey, Erin Fitzsimmons, Samantha Abbey, Emma Crawford, Tyler Jackson, Austin Cramer and Toni Ann Simione.
