PROSECUTOR’S SPECIAL OPERATIONS GROUP CONTINUES RELENTLESS PURSUIT OF DEALERS

Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph D. Coronato announced today the culmination of an investigation into drug activity in the southern Ocean County area.

Detectives from the Prosecutor’s Special Operations Group, Southern Enforcement Unit conducted a cooperative investigation with the Ocean Township Police Department that resulted in the arrest of two Ocean County residents on various drug charges.

Detectives from the Prosecutor’s Special Operations Group, Southern Enforcement Unit with the assistance of the Ocean Township Police Department conducted a short term investigation into drug activity in the Ocean Township area. During the course of the investigation Detectives from the Prosecutor’s Southern Enforcement Unit and the Ocean Township Police Department identified a residence in Ocean Township, specifically 34 Dock Road, Ocean Township (Waretown) NJ as being utilized to store and distribute quantities of prescription pills. After a short term investigation, Detectives were able to obtain a search warrant for 34 Dock Road, Ocean Township NJ.

During the early afternoon hours of August 5, 2016 Detectives from the Prosecutor’s Special Operations Group, Southern Enforcement Unit along with members of the Ocean Township Police executed the search warrant at 34 Dock Road where they encountered 2 individuals who were subsequently arrested on various drug charges. As a result of the search warrant police seized quantities of prescription pills to include Oxycodone and Xanax prescription pills. Police also seized a quantity of marijuana.

The following individuals were arrested and charged:

Todd Faulch, age 43, 34 Dock Road, Ocean Township (Waretown) NJ was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Possession of CDS Xanax, 2 counts of Possession of CDS Xanax with Intent to Distribute, 2 counts of Distribution of CDS Xanax, 1 count of Possession of CDS Oxycodone, 1 count of Possession of CDS Oxycodone with intent to Distribute and 1 count of Distribution of CDS Oxycodone. The Honorable Municipal Court Judge Stacey Kerr JMC set bail at $75,000, no ten percent on Mr. Faulch. Mr. Faulch   was subsequently housed in the Ocean County Jail.

Desiree Rakoski, age 52, 34 Dock Road, Ocean Township (Waretown) NJ was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Possession of CDS Xanax, 2 counts of Possession of CDS Xanax with Intent to Distribute, 2 counts of Distribution of CDS Xanax, 1 count of Possession of CDS Oxycodone, 1 count of Possession of CDS Oxycodone with intent to Distribute and 1 count of Distribution of CDS Oxycodone. The Honorable Municipal Court Judge Stacey Kerr JMC set bail at $75,000, no ten percent on Ms. Rakoski. Ms. Rakoski   was subsequently housed in the Ocean County Jail.
