A Local Hero’s Tribute

This past Sunday (8/2) Lacey Elks graciously paid tribute to OCPO Detective John Scott Stevens of Forked River who was killed on January 21, 2015 in a single car crash while working undercover.

Detective Stevens, 44, was an undercover officer with the OCPO Special Operations Group who for just under 15 years was credited with outstanding enforcement contributions and dedicated service to the safety of OC residents.
